Follow these steps for a seamless FASTag KYC update:
- Download MyFastTag App (by Indian Highway Management Company) from Playstore/Appstore. or you can directly visit FASTag official website
- Enter Your Vehicle Number(e.g. HP10B0000)(To Check Your FastTag Issuer if you already know the issuer name you can skip this step)
- Click On Log On to Bank Portal
- Click on Your Issuer Bank(e.g. State Bank of India, IDFC ,Paytm payment Bank etc.)
- Enter the required Fields (Contact number or ID, Password)
- Click on KYC tab (The process may differ depending on the issuer; please verify by searching for “Issuer_name fasttag kyc update” on a search engine (such as Google) for additional information.)
- Enter all the necessary details and click the submit button.
- The KYC will be completed.
To know Your FASTag KYC Status use following steps
Using fastag.ihmcl.com.
- Visit fastag.ihmcl.com.
- Click on the Login tab at the right top of the page.
- Login using OTP and provide your registered mobile number.
- Select My Profile section on the dashboard which will show the KYC status of your FASTag.
Using Fastag Issuer Portal/App:
- Visit your issuer FASTag Portal(Follow above steps to know your FASTag issuer)
- Enter the Required detail (Mobile number or User ID/Password)
- Click KYC then KYC Status section which will show the KYC status of your FASTag.The (Process may differ depending on the issuer; please verify by searching for “Issuer_name fasttag kyc update status” on a search engine (such as Google) for additional information.)
- Select My Profile section on the dashboard which will show the KYC status of your FASTag.
